quartz启动在PGSQL环境出错，怎么屏蔽

quartz，可以先怎么样在系统级别关闭？

因为跑在postgresql环境出错了。字段类型匹配问题

先让项目跑起来，其他地方可能也会碰到这个问题。SQL规范

我全部删除包和pom就可以了
